Shipping & Returns

Buying ceramics online can feel daunting, so my aim is to make the process clear, fair, and worry-free.

Packaging with care

Each piece is carefully wrapped using ethical, sustainable packaging from a small supplier local to me in central Scotland. This ensures your ceramics arrive safely while minimising environmental impact.

Shipping within the UK

I currently ship UK-wide only, using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days, with delivery aimed at 1 working day after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

If no one is available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave instructions for collection from your local depot or post office.

If an item is returned to me uncollected, I’m happy to arrange re-delivery; the cost of re-postage will be charged at cost.

Delays or lost parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, please check with your local Royal Mail depot first, as it may be awaiting collection.

Parcels are considered lost 10 working days after the expected delivery date. At that point, I’ll raise a claim and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as I’m unable to take responsibility for delays or returns caused by incorrect details.

Damaged in transit

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with clear photographs of both the item and its packaging.

I will always aim to resolve this promptly, either by replacing the item (where possible) or issuing a refund.

Returns

I take great care to photograph and describe each piece accurately. As every item is handmade, subtle variations are part of the work’s character.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return it within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition. The purchase price will be refunded once the item is safely returned.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and I’m unable to refund original shipping charges.
